The Marathon Rules
In order to advance in the race (level-up), the runners have to complete “running challenges”. These are job related tasks and activities carefully designed to support the business objectives’ achievement.
The proofs uploaded in the platform by the runners are verified and managed by a project management team almost in real time or with maximum 24h delay.
For each level of the race the runners get useful resources (workshops, videos, articles, books, etc.).
The entire content of the project (challenges, resources, prizes, teasers, off-line marketing tools), is dynamic, updated in real time and 100% customized for each project.
While completing tasks the runners earn a game currency (equatorials) and burn virtual calories. With the equatorials they can buy real prizes from the Running Expo. The virtual calories will be transformed by the organizers in support for in need children.
The runners choose the pace of the race, the amount of time they want to allocate or even if they want to be part of it. We stress the voluntary participation principle.
